Originally from Stittsville, Lydia grew up in an active lifestyle where she began with gymnastics and eventually found her love of soccer. Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, Lydia is on the path to becoming a professional physiotherapist.
Lydia is also bilingual and French is her first language. When she's not at On The Ball, she stays active by working out and taking her dogs out for strolls.
