The Play It Forward Fund
The Play It Forward Fund helps low-income families, newcomers to Canada, and children in at-risk situations access private pediatric physio and OT in the Ottawa region.
Accepted applicants receive fully or partially covered therapy, starting with an initial assessment and follow-up appointments. We review applications as funding comes in and reach out to eligible families directly.
How to Apply
Ask your family doctor, pediatrician, or another health provider to submit an application on your behalf. Spots are limited and filled based on need and available funding.
