Social workers at On The Ball offer individual counselling to adults for a variety of reasons including addiction and substance use, anxiety, burn out, compassion fatigue, depression, pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum challenges, trauma, PTSD and vicarious trauma. From a holistic perspective, social workers integrate evidence based approaches to tailor therapy to the needs of the individual they are supporting.
