

Aubrey Rude
Aubrey is an occupational therapist who earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota. She gained valuable clinical experience working in inpatient rehabilitation and hospital settings. Her background across different areas of practice has shaped her holistic approach to care and appreciation for helping individuals build independence in the activities that matter most to them.
Originally from the United States, she recently relocated to Ottawa and is excited to be part of the community while supporting children and families in achieving their goals.
Aubrey is passionate about helping children build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to participate meaningfully in their everyday lives. She values a fun, engaging, and individualized approach to therapy, working closely with children and their families to make therapy both purposeful and enjoyable.
Outside of the clinic, Aubrey has a strong interest in fitness and movement and enjoys staying active in the community. Her appreciation for movement carries into her work as an occupational therapist, where she enjoys finding creative ways to help children develop their abilities through active and meaningful experiences.
