About
Nadine is a Physiotherapy Resident who completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa.
Nadine has always been passionate about fitness and helping children reach their fullest potential and to thrive in their daily lives. She has over 10 years of experience working with children - from being a camp counselor, to teaching swim lessons to children of all ages and abilities. She also completed a 6-week internship at SickKids Hospital in Toronto in the Cardiac Critical Care Unit (CCCU) and Cardiac Unit, where she worked with children of all ages with various cardiorespiratory difficulties and developmental delays. She developed her skills in chest manual therapy techniques, pediatric exercise prescription and therapeutic play.
She loves creating comprehensive treatment plans using a combination of play-based therapy, hands-on skills and education to help children reach their goals. She is a strong believer that kids are resilient, and can accomplish so much more than we think. She is a lifelong learner, and intends to continue to learn and grow to ultimately provide her patients with the best care.
In her spare time, you will find Nadine hiking, swimming and traveling the world!
